We are committed to provide a multidisciplinary professional team to address chronic pain. Services provided include the following:

• New patient chronic pain/fatigue assessments-MSP covered (limited consultation time)

• Follow up chronic pain/fatigue assessments-MSP covered (limited consultation time)

• Private-pay 1 hour consultations ***

• Employment and disability forms and medico-legal reports ***

• Trigger point injections

• Prolotherapy for injuries ***

• Therapeutic Botox *** – for chronic daily headache and MPS

• Naturopathic Services for chronic disease management ***

• Medical Group Visit-further education on ME/CFS and FM and learning self-management principles 

• Counselling including trauma counselling***

• Biofeedback ***

• Brainmap (quantitative EEG) ***

• Neurofeedback training***

• Phlebotomy appointment for blood drawing – specialized investigations***
