Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 and completed the 3,000-hour Massage Therapy program at Massage Therapist College of Ontario in 2011. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and became licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) after relocating to BC in 2021.

Brenda integrates a variety of hands-on techniques—including fascial release and trigger point therapy—with customized exercises to help clients improve their mobility and stability. Her practice includes a wide range of massage treatments, from deep tissue and relaxation techniques to Swedish massage, pre- and post-natal care, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, and frozen shoulder therapy.
